Job Description:

Handle customer billing and cash transactions accurately. Receive payments through cash, card, and UPI, issue bills and receipts, maintain cash records, assist customers with billing queries, and ensure the billing counter is clean and organized. Work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Receive payments by cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
- Generate bills and issue receipts to customers.
- Maintain accurate cash records and balance the cash counter daily.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.

Requirements:

- Intermediate, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.




- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Minimum six months experience required.
