As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, adapting to evolving project needs and collaborating with different stakeholders to deliver effective software solutions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing application code for SAP HANA environments.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and best coding practices.
- Ability to design and implement complex business logic within SAP systems.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP ABAP applications.
- Capability to work with database procedures and integrate SAP modules effectively.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
