Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre workplace.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish language is an added advantage.
