Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Automation Engineer to support and improve the stability, security, and automation of our infrastructure estate across VMware and Azure environments. The role will focus on enhancing patch management processes, supporting Azure DevOps and Terraform deployment pipelines, and automating infrastructure scanning activities to improve operational efficiency.

Location: Hyderabad/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Review and improve patch management processes across VMware and Azure environments.
- Reduce patch backlog and implement automation to improve patching and lifecycle management.
- Support and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) and Terraform pipelines used for infrastructure deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issues, deployment failures, and configuration challenges.
- Review current infrastructure scanning processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Implement automated scanning and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Work closely with infrastructure and platform teams to drive operational improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills
- Solid experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience in infrastructure automation and operational support.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Hybrid Work Model





Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site.

Youll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%.
