The Senior CyberArk Engineering Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership architecture engineering implementation and operational oversight of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical ownership of CyberArk Privilege Cloud Core PAS Conjur Secrets Management and cloud-based privileged access solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Solution Ownership: Serve as the senior technical authority for CyberArk platforms providing hands-on engineering leadership architectural guidance complex troubleshooting code/configuration reviews and technical oversight of platform modernization and cloud integration initiatives.
CyberArk Platform Operations Oversee day-to-day administration health availability maintenance upgrades patching resilience disaster recovery readiness and lifecycle management of CyberArk platforms.
Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of CyberArk administrators and security professionals.
- Cloud Platform Integration & Service Onboarding:
Design implement maintain monitor and continuously onboard cloud-native services applications workloads and privileged accounts into CyberArk across Azure AWS and GCP.
Privileged Access Governance Develop and enforce governance frameworks access certification entitlement reviews policy compliance segregation of duties and audit readiness.
Automation & Engineering Enablement Design and implement automation solutions using CyberArk APIs REST APIs PowerShell Python Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Incident Response & Problem Management Lead investigation and resolution of privileged access related security incidents.
Policy & Compliance Management Develop and enforce PAM policies procedures and standards.
Technology Strategy & Vendor Engagement Define platform roadmaps and partner with CyberArk and strategic vendors.
Training & Mentorship Develop and deliver technical training and mentoring.
Reporting & Documentation Maintain records metrics and executive reporting.
Continuous Improvement Drive platform optimization modernization and service enhancements.
Certifications Required
Solid experience integrating CyberArk with Azure AWS GCP Entra ID AWS IAM and GCP IA
