Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently. The ideal candidate should be a strong individual contributor with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer management across various skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and trackers with accuracy.
- Ensure proper utilization and management of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, communication, and productivity enhancement.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in recruitment with solid end-to-end hiring expertise.
- Strong individual contributor capable of handling requirements independently.
- Excellent knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment workflows.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Good understanding and practical usage of AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in IT recruitment and hiring for technical roles.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
