Salary: 30,000 40,000 (In-Hand) per month

About the Role
JGS is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments, ensuring high system availability, implementing security best practices, and leading IT operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Servers

- Administer Windows Server setting; manage Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File/Print servers
- Monitor server health and performance; manage VMware ESXi virtualization
- Handle patching, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

Network & Security

- Configure and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall; manage LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, NAT, routing, IPS, web filtering
- Manage routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and multi-ISP failover/load balancing

Microsoft 365 & Identity

- Administer M365 users, licenses, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, access control, MFA, and Conditional Access

Backup & Disaster Recovery

- Manage SQL Server, File Server, and VM backups via Synology NAS
- Conduct backup verification, restore testing, and maintain DR documentation

Endpoint Management

- Deploy and manage desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage antivirus/EDR and endpoint compliance

SQL Server Support

- Monitor SQL Server health, schedule backups, coordinate with vendors on DB issues

IT Operations & Documentation





- Provide L2/L3 support; ensure SLA compliance and conduct RCA for recurring issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory, network diagrams, SOPs, and monthly KPI reports

Vendor & Team Management

- Manage ISP/OEM/hardware vendor relationships, AMC renewals, and warranty claims
- Lead and mentor Desktop Support Engineers; drive process improvement initiatives

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Minimum 2 years leading an IT team
- Experience supporting 100+ users preferred

Sophos Certified Engineer, CCNA, Microsoft Certified (Windows Server/Azure Administrator), VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation, MCSA/MCSE
