- Develop and implement effective training programs for students, focusing on soft skills, technical skills, and placement preparation.
- Foster solid corporate relationships through regular communication and engagement with industry partners.
- Manage campus recruitment drives, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely placements.
- Oversee the entire placement process from application to offer acceptance, ensuring seamless coordination between students, companies, and university departments.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in student outcomes and employer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Training & Placement or related field (Education/Training).
- Strong background in Corporate Relationships building and management.
- Excellent Communication Skills with ability to negotiate effectively with corporates.
- Proven track record of successful Campus Recruitment drives.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
