Key Responsibilities:

- Manage pre & post-contract activities, contract administration and commercial matters.
- Review and interpret contracts, agreements, BOQs, work orders and related documents.
- Handle claims, variations, EOT, notices and contractual correspondence.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
- Monitor contractual compliance, commercial risks and project obligations.
- Support tendering, negotiation and finalization of contracts.
- Maintain proper contract records and ensure timely closure of contractual issues.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience:



Relevant experience in Contracts / Commercial functions within Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of contract administration, claims, variations and negotiations.
- Good communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates with strong developer / construction project experience will be preferred.
