Role & responsibilities
IRM Configuration Focus: Justin Nix specified that the engineers' work will be limited to IRM configuration for risk and controls, and any need for custom application development would require additional approvals and resources.
• Agile and Scrum Requirements: Justin Nix stated that while familiarity with agile and scrum ceremonies is expected, there is no requirement for formal scrum certifications. U.S. Bank's teams are mature in agile practices and will provide necessary guidance, with technical product managers supporting the process.
ATF and QA Responsibilities: The junior IRM engineers are expected to support QA activities and, ideally, have experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to assist with regression testing and automation
