Job Role: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Salary: Up to 32,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonus

Eligibility:

- Graduates (Freshers & Experienced) can apply
- Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of International BPO Voice Experience can apply
- Candidates with excellent verbal communication skills are preferred
- Immediate Joiners will be given preference

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound voice support
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality standards
