Job Summary

As a Docs Business Analyst II, you will play a key role in bridging client requirements and product solutions within our core delivery team. You will work closely with Product Solution Leads, SMEs, and clients to analyse, configure, and implement product solutions across the full software development lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for translating complex business needs into functional, well-configured solutions.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Product Solution Lead/Manager in driving the implementation.
- Analyse, configure, and resolve product configuration issues in a timely and systematic manner - Primary responsibility.
- Understand and analyse client requirements, and translate them into a functional solution and configure the solution in the product.
- Work closely with SME/Product Owner and Client to establish exact requirements and manage expectations.
- Participate in the full life cycle of design, development, and testing phases.
- Identify issues, structure, and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and findings with limited guidance.
- Work with the technical team on user stories as needed.
- Answer business questions and concerns raised by the client, as needed.
- Maintain requirements traceability and conduct unit testing against requirements.
- Participate in project planning, tracking,



and sprint ceremonies.

Must have skills
- 2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies.
- Experience working on user story creation and defect tracking tools IBM, JIRA, Azure, etc.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Strong logic building and application skills.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and active listening skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of SQL queries.
- Ability to multi-task and handle tight deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to solve problems independently and provide guidance to team members.
- A zeal to learn and apply learning to recent situations.
- Ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders.

Good to have
- Experience in configuration/implementation of BPM or document management tools.
- Knowledge of any programming language.
- Any experience with the US healthcare industry - basic knowledge works too.

Education
- Engineering or Management degree is desirable.
