We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca, Web & Mobile Automation to build and scale our automation practice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Set up Tricentis Tosca from scratch, including Tosca Commander, repositories, workspaces, licensing and user models.

Configure Tosca Mobile Engine 3.0 and establish connectivity with iOS & Android physical devices, emulators and simulators.

Build scalable automation standards including naming conventions, folder structures and reusable modules.

Scan and develop module libraries for responsive web applications across Chrome, Safari and Edge.

Automate native and hybrid mobile applications across iOS and Android.

Design test cases using Tosca Test Case Design (TCD) and Test Data Management.

Implement parameterization for cross-browser and cross-device execution.

Configure and manage Distributed Execution (DEX) agents for scheduled and on-demand test execution.

Build and deliver an initial Smoke & Regression Automation Suite within the first 6090 days.

Troubleshoot and stabilize flaky automation, particularly around mobile synchronization, gestures and dynamic locators.

Perform backend validation using SQL and REST/SOAP APIs, including test data setup and teardown.

Document automation architecture, standards and best practices while mentoring QA engineers.

Must-Have Skills





3+ years of overall Test Automation experience
3+ years of hands-on Tricentis Tosca experience
At least one Tosca Greenfield implementation experience
Strong experience with Tosca Mobile Engine on both iOS & Android
Hands-on experience with Web Module Scanning / XScan
Experience handling dynamic controls, iframes, Shadow DOM and steering parameters
Ability to independently configure Tosca infrastructure rather than only creating test cases in an existing setup
Strong SQL knowledge
Hands-on API Testing – REST/SOAP
Tricentis AS1 / AS2 Certification
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies

Good to Have

Tosca AS3 / Mobile Engine Certification
Appium experience outside Tosca
Accessibility / Visual Regression Testing experience
Experience introducing automation into a manual testing environment
Experience mentoring and establishing automation best practices
