JOB DESCRIPTION REVIT STRUCTURAL DESIGNER (MODELER &

I) Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed structural drawings (GA, RCC, and Steel)
Produce reinforcement detailing for RCC structures
Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines
Generate schedules, sections, elevations, and quantity take-offs
Update models and drawings based on design revisions/updates
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and applicable codes
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
Clash check & review model with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions
ii) Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure
Knowledge of structural detailing (RCC & Steel)
Experience in structural drafting and shop drawings




Familiarity with AutoCAD
Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination
Knowledge of IS Codes and detailing standards
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and problem-solving abilities
iii) Qualification

ITI
Certification in Revit Structure or BIM (preferred)
iv) Experience

4 to 10 years in Revit Structural Modeling & Detailing
Experience in industrial, commercial, and residential projects preferred
Hands-on experience in RCC and Steel detailing
