Job details:

*Role: Customer support ( Voice Process)

*Location: Lucknow

*Work mode: Office

*Salary: 20,000 CTC per month

*Working days: 6 days a week

*Weekly off: 1 Rotational off

*Shifts: Rotational shifts

Key responsibilities:

*Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

*Ensure good customer experience

Eligibility:

*Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

*Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply

*Positive communication skills required
