Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, providing recommendations to clients on how to optimize their revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, analyzing data to identify areas of strength and weakness, and developing action plans to address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in US Healthcare BPO/RCM industry.
- Solid understanding of AR calling, denial management, and RCM principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
