Surgical Services
- Experience supporting healthcare applications used in surgical, perioperative, operating room, or procedural care settings.
- Understanding surgical workflows, patient care processes, and clinical documentation throughout the surgical lifecycle.
- Knowledge of healthcare integrations involving EMR/EHR systems, imaging platforms, and other clinical applications.
- Solid troubleshooting and support experience for healthcare technologies, application functionality, and end-user issues.
- Experience working closely with surgeons, nurses, surgical staff, and other clinical stakeholders while supporting similar healthcare applications.
- Experience working with Surgical Services systems like T-DOC , CensiTrac ,CONNECT, TraumaBase and other similar applications
