- Import & Export documentation
- Customs clearance and CHA coordination
- DGFT and EXIM compliance
- Duty Drawback
- Freight forwarding and shipment coordination
- Import logistics and shipment tracking
- Coordination with shipping lines, transporters and freight forwarders
- Maintaining import/export records
- Ensuring timely clearance and delivery of shipments
