Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with clients/hiring managers.

* Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.

* Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

* Experience with Naukri/LinkedIn and other recruitment portals will be preferred.

* Candidates from recruitment consultancy or staffing background are preferred.
