- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP, GHP, FIFO, and BRC standards across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and maintain quality records including weighing scale calibration, CCP verification, online QC checks, FG clearance, and COA documentation.
- Support BRC documentation, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct Raw Material inspections and quality assessments.
- Drive quality monitoring activities and timely reporting to the QA Head.
- Identify and escalate quality non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct employee training programs on GMP, GHP, Allergen Management, FIFO, CCP, and Food Safety practices.
- Ensure compliance of labels as per FSSAI and Legal Metrology Act (LMA) requirements.
- Manage label approval processes and maintain relevant records.
