We are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source IT candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment systems
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

- good telephone manner with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with candidates.
- good email etiquette and professional written communication skills.
- good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Own Laptop/PC with faster internet connection
- Must be able to join in 2 weeks
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous IT recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

- Full-Time Work From Home.
- Monday to Saturday starting from 4 or 5 AM Indian Time to suit Australian business hours

Remuneration:

- Experienced candidates INR 25,000 Per Month
- Freshers INR 15,000 Per Month

Performance Incentives:

- INR 5,000 for every successful placement where you are involved in both candidate sourcing and placement closure.
- INR 2,500 for every successful placement (closure).
- INR 2,500 for every candidate sourced by you that results in a successful placement.
