Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire recent customers through CASA sales and business development activities.
- Generate leads through field sales, references, market visits, and customer sourcing.
- Open and onboard new Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify customer requirements and cross-sell relevant banking and financial products.
- Achieve assigned CASA acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of KYC and account-opening documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
