Eligibility

- Freshers to 2 years of experience
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Counseling, Admissions, or Customer Engagement will be preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Comfortable with field work, events, and travel

Language Requirements

Gujarati and Hindi are mandatory. Candidates who can effectively communicate with students and parents across Gujarat will be preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven professionals to join our team as Academic Counselors / Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be comfortable with field activities, student counseling, and admissions.





Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, educational events, job fairs, seminars, and outreach activities
- Counsel prospective students regarding career and education opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and walk-ins
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building
- Coordinate admission drives, seminars, and promotional activities
- Maintain MIS records and student databases
- Achieve monthly admission and lead generation targets
- Travel for student engagement and lead generation activities as required
