About the Role

BCT Ventures is looking for an experienced Sourcing Expert with a strong network of Nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, Herbal and Food contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist suitable contract manufacturers
- Manage manufacturer communication, quotations and negotiations
- Coordinate samples, formulation development and iterations
- Manage sourcing from product concept to commercial production
- Build and maintain manufacturer relationships

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Nutraceutical / Ayurveda / Herbal / Food sourcing




- Solid network of third-party / contract manufacturers
- Experience in NPD, vendor development and product commercialization
- Ability to independently manage sourcing projects
