Position 1 : Engineering Manager (Strong experience in Python, Django, Linux)

- 10 + years of software development experience with at least 4+ years in engineering leadership (as Tech Lead or Engineering Manager).
- Strong experience in JavaScript, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI/ML, LLM, Agentic AI, modern automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of Data Structure and Algorithm, System Design and Architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- BE /BTech, MCA

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing distributed teams.
- Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and software delivery lifecycles.
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Hands on experience in building agents




- Experience on distributed databases, scalability, observability, performance optimization, load balancing, rate limiting, server optimisations.
- Robust understanding of network terminologies and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive project planning, execution, and timely delivery of software releases.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
- Conduct performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Manage resource allocation, hiring, onboarding, and team growth.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Ensure system scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
