Bhawani Traders is a growing B2B garment distribution and wholesale business dealing in Kidswear and Ladies Innerwear. We work with established brands and serve retailers across Pune and Maharashtra.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive who will be responsible for expanding our retailer network, increasing sales from existing customers and developing new markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new B2B retailer accounts across Pune and selected markets in Maharashtra.
- Visit garment and innerwear retailers regularly and understand their product requirements.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references, existing networks and other business-development activities.
- Present and sell our range of Kidswear and Ladies Innerwear products.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with retailers.
- Generate repeat orders from existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and increasing customer order value.




- Reactivate inactive/dormant customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with assigned customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
- Support timely collection of outstanding payments from assigned customers.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, pricing and product demand.
- Identify recent markets and potential retailers for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting of market visits, leads, enquiries, orders, sales and collections.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and new-customer acquisition targets.
