Position: Procurement Engineer

- Experience: 2-5 Years Experience
- Education: BE Mech with min 1 to 2 years experience in Procurement Engineer
- Opening: 4 Nos
- Working Days: - 5.5 days a week

Job Description: -

Competencies:

- Should be able to understand the customer needs (email/ phone communication).
- Should be able to maintain good relationship with customer.
- Should be able to Update and verify the customer requirement in ERP.
- Communicating internally for depth knowledge of ERP workflow and MRP concept.
- Co-ordinating, forwarding and escalating required information to relevant individuals and departments.
- Should possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of Excel and Word.
- Should possess very good Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.




- Should have very good verbal and written communication skills and should be a people person as he or she will enter in contact with many people, ranging from managers to other colleagues.

Tools: ERP knowledge should also have knowledge of MS excel and MS word.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Follow with supplier for delivery commitments.
- Follow up with freight forwarder.
- Preparing KPIS.
- Actively participate in all cost reduction activities to achieve business objectives

Behavioural attributes:

- Strong communication skills (Spoken and written English).
- Valuable teamwork and should be able to interact with international customers
