- Handling current projects in Crankshaft/Camshaft Machining lines.
- New equipment procurement, installation & commissioning.
- Initiate and implement the process, quality & safety improvements
- Crankshaft/Camshaft machining line.
- Co-ordination with internal & external agencies for timely execution of Projects.
- Product & process knowledge of Crankshaft/Camshaft machining
- Knowledge of Grinding/Turning machines
- CNC Program skills (Fanuc/Siemens)
- Knowledge in selection and prove out of cutting tools
- GD&T; knowledge (drawing reading & interpretation)
- Mitutoyo CMM Programming experience is desirable
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
