Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.

- Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store to create an inviting shopping environment.

- Ensure accurate inventory management, including ordering stock, managing returns & exchanges, and conducting regular audits.

- Develop solid relationships with customers through personalized interactions and resolve any issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in retail operations or store management in an optical industry.

- Strong understanding of retail operations principles, including inventory control, cash handling procedures, and visual merchandising best practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
