- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

- Age Limit: 20 to 45 years.
- Language Skills:
- Must be able to read English (to read addresses, names, and labels).
- Must be fluent in Malayalam.
- Attitude: Must be polite, punctual, and have a valuable customer service mindset.
