Sunteck Realty, a listed Mumbai based luxury real estate is hiring for a Team Lead supporting the Delhi Sourcing team.

Location: Gurugram, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

1. To expand the database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel within the Delhi/ NCR and the nearby markets.
2. To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at all active projects
3. Ensure the targets set for sales through channels and networks is achieved as per timelines
4. Ensure the quality of channel partners bearing in mind the brand repute and standing in the market
5. To ensure that each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
6. Excellent team management skills to motivate the channel sales team
7. Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
8.



Create avenues to recognize the performing channel partners and strategize on how to motivate the non-performing ones

Qualification & Experience

- MBA/ PGDBM (preferred)
- Graduation mandatory
- Age: Not more than 38 years
- Min 12 years of real estate experience in the Del/ NCR market
- Must have positive experience of Channel sales in the Del/NCR and nearby broker network
- Min 3 years as team manager. Should have average 3-4 years of stability in each company.
- Associated with an aggressive sales culture where numbers talk.
