Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5-8 years in AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, Data Engineering, Automation, or technical enablement.
- Experience in technical training, facilitation, learner support, or enablement for enterprise teams.
- Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences.
- Solid communication, coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Applied AI Skills & Technical Expertise

Core AI & GenAI

- ML pipelines, model evaluation, deployment, RAG, agents, orchestration, prompt engineering, solution design, responsible AI, and enterprise adoption.

AI Platforms & Ecosystems (Working proficiency in at least one)

- Microsoft: Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Copilot stack | Google: Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML | AWS: SageMaker,



Bedrock | Open Source: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Llama.

Data & Engineering

- Working knowledge of data engineering, cloud-native architectures, scalable AI solution design, MLOps, and LLMOps.

Preferred Qualifications

- AI/ML, Cloud, or Technical Training certifications; consulting or client-facing delivery experience preferred.
