Job Summary

We re looking for a seasoned SEO Specialist who can lead complex optimization strategies, mentor junior team members, and drive measurable results for our diverse client portfolio. You ll work on cutting-edge SEO challenges across industries and geographies, with a strong focus on semantic SEO and topical authority building.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across various industries
- Design and implement topical maps to establish domain authority and content hierarchies
- Apply semantic SEO principles including entity optimization, topic clustering, and contextual relevance
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement solutions
- Perform advanced keyword research, entity analysis, and competitive gap analysis
- Build content silos and internal linking strategies based on topical relevance
- Lead on-page and off-page optimization initiatives
- Monitor and analyze search performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and premium SEO tools
- Create detailed SEO reports and present insights to clients
- Leverage knowledge graphs and schema markup to enhance semantic understanding
- Mentor junior SEO specialists and content writers on best practices
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, NLP advancements, and emerging SEO trends
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven track record of ranking improvements
- Strong expertise in semantic SEO principles including entity-based optimization, topic modeling, and contextual relevance
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing topical maps and content cluster strategies




- Deep understanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals)
- Knowledge of how search engines understand content through NLP and entity relationships
- Experience with schema markup implementation (especially Organization, Article, FAQ schemas)
- Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4
- Familiarity with entity research tools (Google Knowledge Graph, Entity Explorer, InLinks)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how they impact SEO
- Experience with local and international SEO
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Outstanding communication skills for client presentations
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have

- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and their SEO implications
- Understanding of BERT, MUM, and other Google AI/NLP algorithms
- Background in content strategy, information architecture, or digital PR
- Experience mapping topic relationships using tools like mind maps or specialized software
- Knowledge of E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles
- Experience managing international or multilingual SEO campaigns
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting for SEO automation
- Understanding of vector embeddings and semantic similarity concepts
