Role & responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is mandatory.
- 612 years of experience in civil site execution with reputed real estate developers or construction companies.
- Hands-on experience in execution of high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
- Solid knowledge of RCC works, finishing activities, structural drawings, and construction methodologies.
- Good understanding of project planning, quality control, and construction sequencing.
- Experience in contractor management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple execution activities simultaneously.
