Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage powertrain projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, testing, and validation of powertrain systems.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2018 certifications by implementing effective quality control processes.

- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on product design, manufacturing engineering, and process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-16 years of experience in Powertrain domain (Engine/Transmission/Axle/Shaft Alignment).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

- Robust understanding of PDM (Product Data Management) tools such as Creo and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).

- Experience working on off-road vehicles or vehicle integration projects preferred.
