Digital Marketing Manager

The Stupa – Sport & Wellness is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, brand communication, and online growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, Google, website, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and grow The Stupa’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and oversee monthly content calendars, campaigns, reels, creatives, and promotional activities.
- Drive lead generation, enquiries, memberships, bookings, events, and brand awareness through digital campaigns.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns, including budgets and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Develop influencer and brand collaboration campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, Google rankings, analytics, and online customer journeys.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, AI tools, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–10 years in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Brand Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and campaign-management skills.
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, sports, lifestyle, luxury, or premium brands will be an advantage.
- Should be capable of independently planning and executing digital campaigns with measurable results.

A hands-on digital marketing professional who can transform The Stupa’s digital presence into a powerful brand and revenue-generating channel, while creating engaging content and building a robust online community around sports, wellness, fitness, Ayurveda, hospitality, and lifestyle.

Location: Ghaziabad
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
