Role & responsibilities

- 0-6 months of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are welcome.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered productivity/recruitment tools.
- Sharp, proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- A learning mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Someone who is young at heart, ambitious, curious, and hungry to grow.
