Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
- Build AI-powered agents, topics, instructions, prompts, and actions using Agentforce capabilities.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise applications.
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Configure and optimize workflows, security, sharing rules, and automation.
- Create and maintain Einstein Prompt Builder templates and AI use cases.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure scalable implementations.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.




- Stay updated with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Data Cloud advancements.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Salesforce Development.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Apex
- LWC (Lightning Web Components)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs

- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Understanding of AI-powered customer service and automation solutions.
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
