Job Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer calls related to orders and product deliveries.

* Assist customers with issues such as incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed products.

* Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

* Provide accurate information regarding orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery updates.

* Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics.

Eligibility:

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Excellent communication skills (B2 level).

* HSC/Graduate (as per process eligibility).

Shift & Working Days:

* 5 days working

* 2 rotational weekly offs

* US shift (Night Shift)

Employment Type:

* 1-year contract

* Chance to work from home after 6 months, subject to performance and business requirements.
