About the Role :

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating customer needs into explicit, testable product requirements. The ideal candidate is a robust communicator who's comfortable engaging directly with customers and stakeholders, defining scope, and partnering closely with Claude developers to ensure quality through automated and smoke testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and product requirements • Translate requirements into well-structured user scenarios and test cases • Define acceptance criteria and ensure scenarios are designed for full automation coverage • Collaborate closely with Claude developers (AI/LLM engineering team)



on implementation and validation • Conduct smoke testing to validate critical functionality before release • Drive product analysis activities including gap analysis, feasibility checks, and requirement traceability • Maintain clear documentation of requirements, scenarios, and test outcomes • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading stakeholder and customer conversations • Proven experience in product/business analysis, requirement gathering, and scenario creation • Solid understanding of test scenario design and automation testing principles • Experience working alongside AI/LLM development teams (Claude or similar) is a strong plus • Familiarity with smoke testing and QA processes • Ability to work independently • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
