Role & responsibilities
The Data and Reporting Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support business decision-
making across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business and IT stakeholders to translate reporting needs into reliable, actionable insights in line with the Global
IT enterprise strategy, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, audit readiness, and adherence to data standards, control requirements, and approved data management
practices. The specialist supports continuous improvement by identifying reporting gaps, improving data visibility, and enabling effective use of enterprise data and reporting tools.
