We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our BPO operations at our Lucknow and Kolkata locations. Candidates with a solid background in the BPO industry and proven team handling experience are encouraged to apply. Relocation candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of customer service associates to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, provide feedback, and drive performance improvement.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience in the BPO industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO.
- Strong people management and team handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Lucknow or Kolkata are welcome to apply.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
