Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the Floor Coatings division.

- Develop business through dealers, project sales, institutional customers, and key accounts .

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial customers.





- Identify recent project opportunities and convert them into business.

- Manage dealer/channel network and expand market coverage.

- Ensure timely collections and deliver excellent customer support.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings, or Floor Coatings .

- Strong experience in Dealer Management, Project Sales, Institutional Sales, and Key Account Management .

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
