Role & responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to the prescribed care plan.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and mobility, when required.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care practices.
- Identify changes in the patient's condition and promptly report them to the physician or care coordinator.
- Ensure infection prevention and patient safety standards are maintained.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Preferred candidate profile

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with a valid Nursing Council registration.
- 13 years of clinical or homecare nursing experience (preferred).
- Valuable clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes and work flexible shifts.
