Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 1015 sales professionals
Drive Motor Insurance business through the Agency Channel
Achieve sales, productivity, and revenue targets
Recruit, train, and develop agency partners
Build strong relationships with agents and stakeholders
Monitor team performance and provide coaching
Identify current business opportunities and market trends
Eligibility:
4–13 years of experience in Motor Insurance, Agency Channel, or Insurance Sales
Proven experience in team handling and people management
Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and distribution channels
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
