Determine that the work delivered is of high quality through self-review process with respect to complete and accurate documentation of testing results, with attention to detail and review others documentation according to regulatory guidelines
Conducting tests of Design and Implementation and Operating effectiveness of control
Reviewing and developing clients custom control catalogs to ensure alignment of test procedures and control language to enhance efficiencies in remote execution of test procedures

Execute one or more client engagements simultaneously and working internal teams
Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service
Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes to enable preparation of recommendations

Ensure compliance with engagement plans, tracking variance and internal quality & risk management procedures
Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues, potential red flags to engagement senior/ manager as appropriate on a timely basis
Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/ challenges and leading practices)
Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique
Manage engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals,



business proposals and new solution / methodology development
Assist Senior Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives
Create a positive learning culture, coaches, mentors, counsels and develops junior team members
Develop robust working relationships with client
Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice

IT General Controls testing (ITGC), in support of SOC audits - including applications, Operating Systems, ERPs and databases,
Performing testing by applying the components of relevant frameworks (e.g., COSO, ERM, COBIT, ISO)
SSAE 16/ SOC 1 testing and reporting - for IT as well as business process controls
SOC 2 testing and reporting - for various trust principles including HITRUST engagements

Functional

Awareness of internal auditing standards issued by IIA, ICAI & ISACA
Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Power point etc.) with demonstrated ability to coach young team members on the respective tools
