Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards within deadlines.
- Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
- Perform detailed Budget vs Actual analysis and highlight key variances with insights.
- Monitor hospital performance metrics such as revenue, occupancy, ALOS, OBD, OPD/IPD volumes, ARPOB and profitability.
- Conduct profitability analysis across specialties, consultants, payors across units.
- Assist in preparation of management presentations, board decks and business review reports.
- Support cost control initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency improvement.
- Work closely with cross functional teams like operations, SCM, clinical,



admin for data validation and performance tracking.
- Drive automation of MIS, dashboards and reporting processes using analytical tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all financial reports.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and decision-support requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Education: CMA / CWA

Experience: 0-2 Years

Knowledge and Specific Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Robust understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
