Our Requirements :

- Candidates need to be well versed with English.

- Strong active listening skill and problem solving skill are key.

- Applicant should be solution oriented.

- Any undergraduate(12th) and graduate candidates ( apart from LLB) can apply.

- Candidates location should be within our transport boundary. (20km of radius)

- Applicant should be comfortable with strict night shift as well as rotational shifts.

Job Details :

- CTC: 27,000+Additional Fixed Bonus; In-hand: 24,700

- International US Voice Process

- Night shift: 9.5 hours of work, including a 1-hour break

- 5 days of work followed by 2 days off on a rotational basis

- One-way cab facilities provided during odd hoursiding exceptional customer service to our clients via calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues and sales.
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction
- Work From Office
