Position Summary

The Zonal Therapy Manager Genomics will be responsible for building and scaling LifeCell Diagnostics’ Postnatal Genomics business across the assigned zone, with a solid focus on:

- Pediatric Neurology
- Neonatology
- Developmental Pediatrics
- NICU / PICU
- Neuro-genetic & Metabolic Disorder Diagnostics

The incumbent will lead strategic KOL engagement, scientific education initiatives, institutional collaborations, and zonal revenue delivery by increasing clinician adoption of advanced genomic testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Market Development

- Drive adoption of LifeCell’s advanced Postnatal Genomics portfolio among pediatric super-specialists and institutions.
- Identify high-potential clinical opportunities in neuro-genetic, developmental delay, metabolic disorder, congenital anomaly, and unexplained pediatric critical care cases.
- Position genomics as a clinical decision-enabling diagnostic pathway within the assigned territory.

2. KOL & Specialist Engagement

- Build strong relationships with leading Pediatric Neurologists, Neonatologists, Developmental Pediatricians, NICU/PICU Heads, and Pediatric Genetic experts.
- Establish LifeCell Diagnostics as a trusted scientific partner through sustained clinician engagement.
- Drive repeat referral behaviour and advocacy from top KOLs.

3. Scientific Programs & Academic Activation

- Conceptualize and execute CMEs, round tables, case discussions, hospital scientific meets, and therapy awareness programs.
- Lead evidence-based scientific communication around genomic utility, case relevance, and testing outcomes.
- Ensure measurable ROI through scientific activation initiatives.

4. Revenue & Business Ownership

- Deliver zonal revenue targets through increased test prescriptions, institutional onboarding, and clinician conversion.
- Drive monthly growth in sample volumes,



active referrers, and high-value genomic panels.
- Track business analytics and formulate corrective action plans for sustainable growth.

5. Team Leadership & Field Excellence

- Coach and mentor field teams / therapy executives on scientific selling, customer mapping, and execution discipline.
- Build a strong performance cadence across the zone with regular review mechanisms.
- Ensure data-driven territory planning and opportunity prioritization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- MSc / MTech in Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology
OR
- Pharm D / B.Pharm with strong Genomics/Molecular Diagnostics exposure
OR
- MBBS / BDS with strong commercial orientation in diagnostics

Experience Required

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Genomics / Molecular Diagnostics / Specialty Diagnostics
- Robust exposure to pediatric therapy-linked diagnostics is highly preferred
- Proven track record in:
- KOL management
- Scientific business development
- Institutional engagement
- Revenue achievement
