About the Opportunity

InfoGrowth Staffing Partner is hiring an AI Architect for one of our leading clients. We are looking for an experienced AI professional with strong expertise in AI automation, agentic workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, enterprise integrations, MCP-based architectures, and Digital Twin platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives by designing and scaling advanced AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems to enable intelligent automation, operational efficiency, and improved decision-making.

Role Summary

The AI Architect will be responsible for defining and delivering enterprise AI architecture focused on agentic AI, workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, intelligent automation, and Digital Twin technologies.

The role requires strong technical architecture capabilities, enterprise integration experience, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise AI automation programs using CrewAI and agentic workflow orchestration frameworks.
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems, APIs, and MCP-based platforms.




- Define enterprise-level architecture for agentic AI systems, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize Digital Twin platforms to enable intelligent automation for business operations and decision support.
- Design scalable integration architectures connecting AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify high-value AI automation opportunities.
- Define AI agent strategies aligned with enterprise transformation objectives and business requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, solution design sessions, and technology evaluations.
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, performance, and maintainability of enterprise AI solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to AI engineering and development teams.
- Drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, intelligent automation, and measurable business value.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of overall experience in AI, automation, enterprise architecture, or related technology areas.
- Proven experience in AI automation, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration.
- Strong knowledge of agentic AI architecture and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on understanding of CrewAI or similar agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and MCP-based architectures.




- Robust expertise in Digital Twin platforms and intelligent automation.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and reliable AI architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, architects, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience working in large enterprise or global environments.
- Exposure to the ITIL framework.
- Experience with enterprise workflow platforms and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Experience designing AI agents integrated with complex enterprise ecosystems.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
